About the Trip

Introduction:

Langtang Himal Trekking Region, located North of Kathmandu Valley and the closest Himalayan range from the capital city, a mere distance of 32 km. 

The area extends further north to the Nepal – Tibet / China border within Central Himalaya, where all age group and travelers can enjoy the trek around Langtang Himal region.

Langtang Himal located around Rasuwa district in between massive Ganesh and Jugal Himal, and within Langtang National Park the first mountainous park in Nepal, covers an area of 1,710 sq. kms established in the mid 1970’s enriched with rare and exotic flora and fauna.

On walk where route takes you through beautiful forest of Oaks, Chir pine, maple, fir, blue pine, hemlock, spruce and various species of rhododendron make up the main species. 

Within its dense forest provides habitat for a wide range of wild-life including wild dog, red panda, pika, musk deer, Himalayan black bear, Himalayan thar, ghoral, serow, rhesus monkey and common langurs.

Langtang Himal Trekking region a beautiful country to enjoy pleasant and adventurous walks amidst mountain wilderness, where you will surrounded by high snow-capped peaks. 

Langtang Himal region includes holy glacial of Gosainkund where one can trek to eastern side of Langtang to reach Kathmandu valley crossing high Gosainkund pass, as well visit lovely Helambu area a nice cultural and scenic trek.

Day 01: Langtang Valley Trekking of a week takes you at scenic Kyanjin around  beautiful Langtang Valley.

 Day 02: Langtang Valley- Gosainkund trekking of a two week duration.

 Day 03: Tamang Heritage Trail trek of a week duration.

Day 04: Helambu Trek around North East of Kathmandu valley of week walk only.
